Hot Tip: Doubled Rooks

Try to double your rooks on open and half-open files, then move your rooks to the seventh rank, doubling them there if possible. Try to prevent your opponent from doubling rooks. You can usually do this by moving your rook to an open file on which there's an opponent's rook so that neither side controls the file.
